CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES Official check-in time at the Hotel is 14:00hrs and check-out time is 11:00hrs. The Room/s confirmed as reserved will be available for occupation by the guest at the check in time on the date of arrival until check out time on the date of departure.
EXTENDED CHECK OUT TIME The Hotel may allow an extended check-out subject to room availability and the following charges (unless specified otherwise in writing by the Hotel) shall apply:

CANCELLATION POLICY *In the event of confirmed cancellation prior to 14 days before the arrival date no fee will be charged. *In the event of confirmed cancellation within 14 days before the arrival date a fee equivalent to 50% from the accommodation of the booking will be charged. *In the event of a failure to show on the booked date a fee equivalent to the accommodation charges for the period of booking will be charged. This policy is applied to cover the distinct possibility of our inability to release the room at that late stage.
